The Sivomatic Group employs more than 80 people. The informal organisation is characterised by excellent team work. Our production in the Netherlands (50 people) operates in morning and afternoon shifts. People work alternate morning and afternoon week shifts. A week of five morning shifts is followed by a week of four afternoon shifts. People working the afternoon shift week have the Friday off.
